About the Poteza Growth and Innovation Fund

The Poteza Innovation and Growth Fund is a closed-end investment fund (Private Equity Fund) investing funds into projects with great potential for development. In most cases, these are young, small and medium-sized companies with a distinctive potential for growth, although with limited access to capital with which to actualise this growth. The Fund uses its investments to help bring ideas to life and find their way on to global markets.

The objectives of the Fund are as follows:

• Find young small and medium-sized companies with a distinctive potential for growth, excellent management and clear identifiable competitive advantages, and invest in these companies.
• Stimulate growth of these companies by building a partnership and enable them to become important players on the regional or global markets.
• To be the first choice for entrepreneurs looking for additional sources of financing.
• To contribute to the development of an entrepreneurial mentality in the region and thereby generating new added value and creating new jobs.
