Investment sectors

The Fund primarily invests in sectors characterised by large global growth. These are particularly:

• media,
• internet,
• telecommunications,
• information technology,
• business services and
• medicine and biotech sciences, and other sectors.

Obviously, our priority is looking for interesting projects. What is it that makes them interesting?

We invest in innovative growth, whereby 'innovative' is considered in its broadest sense. What can be innovative? Many things. A business model, a product, a service, an unsaturated market.

In particular, a company must have a highly trained and experienced management team with a construed strategy on corporate development and free from prejudice with regard to establishing a partner relationship. The company must be operative and having already achieved some sort of basic success on the market. We should mention that the Fund does not invest in start-ups neither does it offer seed capital. Moreover, the respective product or service must be interesting at least for the regional market. The Fund generally withdraws from the ownership structure after three to five years, which is why withdrawal from the project should be possible and anticipated from the very beginning.
